Teacher Accountability 

HB 0022 Teacher Accountability - In conference committee the bill was restored to the original version that left the Joint Appropriations Committee in November. This means that no test data will be used for teacher evaluations, districts will be able to use teacher evaluation systems that meet their unique, local needs, and Chapter 29 rules will still be the guiding documents for teacher evaluations. The bill will go to the floors of each chamber later this week or early next week for voting.
